Wessington Primary School Uniform Code
- Our school uniform is royal blue jumper with pale blue or white polo shirt to be worn with grey or black leggings, trousers, skirts or shorts.
- We recognise that children need comfortable hardwearing clothes for school, which are easy to wash.
Blue and white checked dresses may be worn in summer months
Children should not wear jeans.
- We ask that children wear plain dark coloured flat-heeled sensible shoes or trainers for school. As an OPAL school we request every child has Wellies in school for WET breaks.
P.E. Clothes
On PE days children are expected to come to school in clothes suitable for PE and wearing a school polo shirt or plain white TShirt and a school jumper. Children should not be wearing football tops or hoodies.
High quality school sweatshirts with the school logo and cotton polo shirts with the school logo are available for you to order in the secretary’s office along with other items of school uniform. Plain coloured uniform can be purchased from local shops.
Note: The Headteacher has the right to prohibit the wearing of certain types of clothing or particular items that are deemed, on safety or other grounds, to be unsuitable for wear in school.
